The Effectiveness of the Statutory Nuisance Procedure
I recently presented online through the CIEH an outline of the research for my thesis. I promised that I would send copies to anyone interested, and I have already had several such requests.
I also said that I would post it on this website. It is a substantial document, and individuals may only be interested in parts of it. The first elements available therefore are the contents pages (so people can ask for relevant Chapters or Sections), and the final Chapter containing the conclusions and recommendations.
